I took my 3 year old here. Few weeks ago. It was horrible. Younger employees were huddled around talking with each other while lines were forming at the cash register and prize counter. A lot of the games were out of order. Games were missing parts to even play. Ski ball machines were on and missing balls. I had probably 10 credits just eaten by the games. Broken parts to some of the games as well. Alos, the prizes are some of the most worthless, cheapest stuff. Too many tickets for one small sticker. When I went to ask an employee about the issue I couldn't find one anywhere. When I finally did they were all huddled up chatting ignoring the lines of customers. What a shame. My 3 year old still managed to have fun. But I dont think ill be going back to this location. This is just a waste of money and time. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My 4 year old saw an add on you tube and waited 6 months to go and meet Chuckie. The beautiful blonde male employee went and “ got Chuckie” for her birthday. He danced with her and let her hug him about 14 times. Watching her run to him when he came out and seeing her face light up was the best feeling ever. She said it was the best day ever!

We got the Gold monthly membership for our grandson and it's awesome and worth every penny. He loves going to play the games and so do I. The pizza is actually really good to. The staff are all very helpful and so nice.
